Each year from october to january Submit Application × Submit application To apply for THE COSMETIC VICTORIES competition, you will be redirected to the IDCOSM.com platform. Create your account if you don't have one and create your project if it doesn't exist. You will then have to apply with this project in the list of your projects. Steps 1, 2 and 3 are mandatory to apply.
